You've got to watch out for Ferdinand and Nina, those adventurous Zehland chicks. You never know where they will turn up next. Here they are on a tropical Waikiki beach in sunny Honolulu with what l thought was a Mai Tai, but they tell me it's Coco Mist. Hope there's no rum in there! Coco Mist Recipe
2 ounces Coconut Cream
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Orange Juice
2 ounces White Rum
6 ounces Milk
Combine in a blender or at high speed in a mixer. Serve chilled with crushed ice in a tall glass. Garnish with Fresh Pineapple (and/or Cherry). Of course you can double/triple the amounts to make more than one drink at a time! ENJOY!
